Membership is open to all: members get discount (up to 10%) on all drinks (including alcohol), in our Café, and to most events!
CLUB ANNUAL RENEWAL
All Club memberships run for a calendar year. Jan to Dec.
*All membership applications are subject to confirmation at the next meeting of the Executive Committee. Membership benefits (i.e. discounted prices) not available for 2 days after joining.
To join please pop in to the Club to complete a form, pay by card or cash and receive your membership card straight away*
There are four main types of membership (shown at full price): Prices are pro rated at points during the year to ensure fairness – but whenever you join (except December) your membership only run until the January of the following year.
Individual ( £15.00 annually + £4.00 admin fee in the first year)
1 vote and 1 card for main member.
Spouse/partner also has access to the club as long as they are accompanied by the main member. Members’ discounts only available to the main member.
Children up to the age of 18 can access the club with a parent.
Family ( £25.00 annually + £4.00 admin fee in the first year)
1 vote for main member. 1 card for main member and 1 card for spouse/partner.
Spouse/partner has own access to the club and members’ discounts, without the main member.
Children up to the age of 18 can access the club with a parent.
Junior ( £7.50 annually + £4.00 admin fee in the first year)
No voting rights. 1 card and access to members’ discounts.
For those aged 14 to 17 who wish to access the club unaccompanied
Associate ( £10.00 annually + £4.00 admin fee in the first year. Only applies for associated sports clubs members – currently tennis and rugby only)
No voting rights
Organised and only available through the sports team/club’s membership.
Entitled to access the club and get members’ discounts only on the day that the sports team/club has an event at the Harwellian.
